Coach Nate

My serious relationship with running began several years ago when a friend suggested we head out for a run together. Trying to impress, but tremendously sore and winded after that first run, I began to wonder if I could improve upon the day’s result, not knowing how much the successes and challenges that come with running would enrich my life.

Today, I’m an avid runner and Road Runner Clubs of America certified running coach. Integral to my personal run experience has been the opportunity to support others through their own challenges and toward their own victories. I’ve been able to accomplish this in a number of ways, from my days as a pace leader with the Chicago Area Runners Association to coaching runners with New York Road Runners, Bed-Stuy Flyers, BK Run Project, and numerous runners individually.

Certifications: RRCA, First Aid/CPR/AED
